Site Administrator

About the role

Ventia have been engaged by the DJCS (Department of Justice and Community Safety) to provide integrated Facility Management services incorporating planned, preventive, and reactive maintenance services, ad hoc services, and soft services including cleaning, ground, pest, and waste streams.
 
We are seeking a Site Administrator to assist the site based team to deliver services across site that meet scope, and do not interrupt or introduce risk to site. 

This is a Permanent Full Time position in the Barwon area. 

Duties:

• General site based administration duties 
• Assisting with EOM reporting needs
• Administration to support onsite trades 
• Assist with site SHEQ requirements 
• Accurate record keeping
• Subcontractor support as needed  
• Manage site based stationery, uniforms, I.T., logistics etc. 
• Raise and manage POs.
• Manage the day-to-day liaison with subcontractors and in-house trade staff and work closely with the Planner Scheduler to complete works.
• Arranging works escorts with site representatives 
• Support the Precinct Manager as required 

About You

• Previous experience in a similar role within Facilities Maintenance    
• Use of SAP or similar type software is advantageous
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasking and time.
• Good inter-personnel and communication skills with the ability to communicate effective with stakeholders of all levels
